At Nursethetics, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and care to every client. To maintain the high-quality standards you expect, we have implemented a booking, cancellation, and no-show policy that respects both your time and that of our practitioners.
1. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to someone else.
- You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge via the confirmation email you received at the time of booking, as long as it is done more than 24 hours before your scheduled time.
2. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- If you fail to attend your appointment or arrive more than 10 minutes late, it will be recorded as a no-show.
- Due to tight scheduling, late arrivals may not be treated, as this impacts subsequent appointments. This decision is at the discretion of your practitioner.
3. Repeat No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations
- Clients who repeatedly cancel last minute or fail to attend appointments may have their ability to book online restricted.
- Future bookings for these clients will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit this deposit without exception.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, this policy ensures that our practitioners can continue providing high-quality care while earning a fair living.

4. Anti-Wrinkle Review (Top-Up Policy)
Anti-wrinkle reviews and potential top-ups are at the practitioner’s discretion.
- A review must be completed 2 weeks post-treatment to assess your results.
- The latest a review can be conducted is 3 weeks post-treatment.
- Any review after 3 weeks will require a new appointment, which may be chargeable.
Please ensure you book your review within the specified timeframe to avoid additional costs.
Pricing Policy
At Nursethetics, we strive to ensure that all prices listed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
To ensure you have the most up-to-date pricing:
✅ Check the latest prices on our website before booking.
✅ Message us on WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram for confirmation.
✅ Ask in-clinic before your treatment.
We cannot guarantee to honour screenshots or saved versions of our price list, as prices may have been updated since they were taken. While we do our best to keep everything current, all treatments will be charged at the price listed at the time of your appointment.
